The 2026 Indonesia Coal & Energy Expo (ICEE 2026) will be held from May 11 to 13 at the Jakarta International Expo. As the organizer of ICEE, the COAL-CCPIT is deeply involved in the exhibition's organization and resource matching, providing strong industry support for the event.

On May 11, COAL-CCPIT and the Indonesian Coal Mining Association (APBI-ICMA) will co-host the Indonesia-China Coal & Energy Conference. The conference will bring together government agencies, industry associations, major energy enterprises, trade and investment institutions, as well as companies in coal technology equipment import/export, geological exploration, and engineering contracting from both countries. Discussions will focus on coal and energy policies, coal trade, clean and low-carbon development (coal preparation, coal chemicals, etc.), technology and equipment cooperation, integrated development of coal and new energy, and major project matchmaking—fostering practical exchanges across the entire industry chain and sharing cooperation experiences to deepen China-Indonesia coal and energy collaboration.

COAL-CCPIT and the China National Coal Association (CNCA) operate under "one team, two names." CNCA is China's largest coal industry social organization, with over 1,100 member companies covering the entire industry chain including coal production, sales, capital construction, machinery manufacturing, geological exploration, research and design, and academic institutions. COAL-CCPIT serves as the primary channel for international exchange and cooperation in China's coal industry, maintaining regular liaison mechanisms with embassies, government agencies, trade associations, and enterprises from major coal-producing countries through mutual visits, seminars, exhibitions, and information sharing. It has signed MOUs with over 80 foreign entities, and its cooperation with the U.S. Department of Labor has been recognized under the China-U.S. Strategic and Economic Dialogue framework. COAL-CCPIT regularly organizes international exhibitions and conferences, assisting member companies in exploring international markets and building a vital platform for exchange and cooperation between China and the global coal industry.
